 Company Bio
The Marmalade Toque was born in Riverside, CA in 2003 by owner Chef
Gary. Over the past six years, The M.T. has been mostly a catering
service. This cafe' is Chef Gary's first public cafe', as he continues
to serve the Inland Empire with superb catering menus and service.
Chef Gary has had over 25 years of experience in the food service
industry. After receiving training in the "School of Hard Knocks," Chef Gary
opened his first catering company in L.A County. This company successfully
served the community for 15 years.
Today, Chef Gary is assisted by his Sous Chef Paul, who aspires to become
a successful caterer. When you visit M.T. Cafe', be sure and look for the
daily specials as Chef Gary and Paul are continually creating new recipes to
add to the catering and cafe' menus!
