Chef Gary has been in the food service industry for over 30 years.
Serving restaurants, hotels, exclusive country clubs, corporate food
service, contract food service and catering. At the age of 17 chef
Gary was a cook trainer for Love’s Corporate and traveled the US
training new cooks for Love’s franchisee’s. Chef Gary served his
apprenticeship in the OC. The executive chef and banquet chef for
the Fluor Corporation and Catalina Swimwear brought chef Gary into
the catering arena. After 25 years of catering in the Inland Empire,
Orange County and LA county, chef Gary has created a truly unique
style of catering. With infused and creative menus and set ups The
Marmalade Toque is a step above, quite extraordinary. The Marmalade
Toque is the accumulation of over 25 years of catering expertise.
And has been serving the Inland Empire for over 7 years. Chef driven
with heart and passion insures each client the best catering has to

I had my wedding on a cold night on October 11, 2008. (At my parent's home in Cherry Valley CA) Remember? I am at work right now...and I was just thinking of my wedding. I STILL get compliments on how amazing the food was. People have told me that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! I just wanted to personally thank you and your staff for making it so special. My husband Jeff and I loved it! Someone had packed up a box of the food...for us to have the next day. It was amazing! Please tell everyone that helped, that they were wonderful, professional, and classy. Other than marrying my best friend that day....The food was the best part!

- Good Morning Gary,
I wanted to thank you for the catering service your company provided for us last week. I also wanted to thank Paul and the guys that helped me out all week long. It was a pleasure working with them they were always on time and worked with us as needed even when we had a last minute location change. The food was great I heard a lot of good reviews from the students and faculty. I will definitely keep Marmalade Toque in mind for any of my future events!
